Rise by Athlon by Aldar Properties is the apartment-focused final phase of Aldar's master-planned wellness community in Dubailand, designed entirely around active living principles and high sustainability standards.

Rise by Athlon introduces vertical living to a masterplan previously known for villas, comprising eight uniquely themed residential buildings (five towers and three low-rise residences) that collectively offer over 1,200 apartments.
